Finding the Right Squad

If you don't want to create your own team, you can join an existing one to compete in team tournaments.

  • Browse Teams: Go to the Teams page to see a list of all active rosters.
  • Request to Join: When you find a team you like, view their profile and click Request to Join. This will send a notification to the team's Captain.
  • Get Accepted: You will be officially added to the roster once the Captain reviews and approves your request.

Captain's Duties

As a Team Captain, you have full control over your roster and team identity.

  • Reviewing Requests: Go to your Team Profile to see pending join requests. You can Accept or Reject them at your discretion.
  • Roster Management: Need to make cuts? You can remove players from your team through the team management tools.
  • Transferring Leadership: If you want to step down, you can transfer your Captain role to any other existing team member.
  • Team Editing: Update your Team Logo, Name, or Abbreviation at any time.
  • Disbanding: If the team is no longer active, the Captain can delete it entirely.

Team Tournaments (The Split-Pay System)

Team tournaments (e.g., CS:GO, League of Legends) require a multi-step signup process to ensure everyone on the roster wants to play and pays their share.

  1. Member Interest: Every player who wants to participate must go to the Tournament page and click Sign Up. This expresses their interest and tells the Captain they are ready.
  2. Captain Selection: The Team Captain visits the Tournament page and clicks Select Roster & Join.
  3. Building the Lineup: The Captain selects the final active roster exclusively from the list of members who expressed interest.
  4. Confirm & Pay: The Captain confirms the roster. The entry fee is automatically split, and the required coins are deducted from both the Captain and the selected members.

Note: If a member changes their mind before the Captain locks in the roster, they can click Withdraw Signup.
