By accessing or using the Cyprus Esports Organization (CESO) website (ceso.cy) and our tournament services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To participate in tournaments, you must create an account.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to interfere with the proper working of the services.

• No Cheating Using hacks, bots, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• No Toxic Behavior Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior towards other players or staff will result in bans.
• Account Sharing Sharing accounts or smurfing to manipulate tournament rankings is forbidden.

4. Tournaments & Prizes

Participation: Entry to tournaments is subject to eligibility requirements (e.g., age, residency).

Prizes: Prizes are awarded at the discretion of CESO. We reserve the right to withhold prizes in cases of suspected cheating or rules violations.

Disqualification: Tournament admins have final authority on all disputes and disqualifications.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CESO or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CESO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
